Are your shipping services available nationwide?

How is the shipping price determined?
The shipping price is determined by your location's zip code and the size of the vehicle being purchased.
How does the sales tax process work?
For the convenience of our customers across various states, we send the vehicle title along with the bill of sale by certified mail. You can then take these documents to your local DMV/Tax collector to register the vehicle and settle the applicable taxes. If you're financing the purchase, your bank might require you to register the vehicle first and list them as the lienholder before finalizing the transaction.
Is it possible to finance through my bank or credit union?
For out-of-state transactions, we accept drafts, letters of credit, or held funds. The vehicle will only be shipped once the funds have cleared, typically within 3-5 business days. Additionally, we're pleased to offer assistance in securing financing through our network of bank and lender partners.
How does the insurance work?
Our clients are required to obtain state and VIN-specific insurance, with full coverage and a loss payee designated if financing. Additionally, we'll need driver's licenses or other state-required proof of identity. If transferring a license plate, a copy of your state registration is necessary. It's important that all these documents match the address of your new registration and the address provided on our buyers' orders.
What's the timeframe for receiving the registration and title?
The registration will be issued by the state in which you register the vehicle. As for the title, it will be sent via certified mail from our end, typically 3-5 business days, unless we're waiting for the title from a previous bank payoff.
What fees are involved in an out-of-state purchase?
The vehicle price does not include a pre-delivery service fee of $699, a $150 title fee, and the shipping cost for your vehicle.
Do you accept trade-ins for out-of-state buyers?
Absolutely, we accept all trade-ins regardless of outstanding loan balances, leased vehicles with buyout options, or positive/negative equity situations. To assess the value accurately and fairly, we'll need some basic information such as your VIN number, mileage, and photos or videos of your vehicle. This helps us provide an offer that aligns with both parties' needs.
